How to Measure
Natural Waist
Use a measuring tape to circle the narrowest part of your waistline. The point at which the tape touches itself is the correct measurement. For the most accurate results, the tape must be level.

Inseam
Start with a pair of pants you already have that fit you well and lay them flat on the floor. Carefully measure the length from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.
Rise
Place the tape on top of the back waistband and measure across by pulling the front crotch area to get a straight back rise from end to end.
Hip
Use a measuring tape to circle your hips, making sure the tape is across the largest part of your buttocks. For the most accurate measurement, the tape must be level.
